PLEASE NOTE: Our primary means of communication with you will be via the email address listed on your order. ADM will not be held responsible for any missed communication due to the email address being incorrect. If you have more than one email address, please check all email accounts before contacting us.
Changes to orders cannot be processed on the website. Customers need to contact ADM (email@example.com) for any changes to orders. If the order has already been shipped, then orders cannot be changed and if additional items are required then further postage will be charged.
ADM is not required to offer a credit or refund at all if a customer simply changes their mind, or has found the product elsewhere, according to NSW and Australian Law (Trade Practices Acts).

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and we may cancel orders and refund your money because of genuine pricing errors (either because of unilateral mistake, or for any reason) up to the time you receive the goods.

Once a Customer accesses or downloads any Digital Content that they purchase, they no longer have the right to cancel their purchase of that Digital Content.
ADM’s obligations to the Customer with regards to supply of the Digital Content is fulfilled when the Digital Content is downloaded. It is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage Digital Content once downloaded.
ADM, as the Publishers, may at any time withdraw or remove Digital Content and make no guarantees that Digital Content will continue to be made available for access.
ADM sends all received orders via Australia Post twice a week. Please see the Australia Post website for details of expected delivery times. If an item is needed urgently please contact ADM (firstname.lastname@example.org) to enquire if this is possible. These deliveries may incur a greater delivery fee.
Downloads of the marriage course, are available on purchase.
ADM does not take any responsibility for incorrect or insufficient address details.
Customers who enter addresses that Australia Post have deemed having incorrect and/or insufficient details to ensure delivery may result in the following:
If ADM is found to be responsible for incorrectly addressing a package then ADM will be responsible for the resending, replacement or refund of the items not delivered or delayed.
Any package returned to ADM due to the above incorrect and/or insufficient information will require an extra delivery charge
Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by the customer will not be covered by ADM.
If the package has the correct delivery information and is ‘lost’ by Australia Post, ADM will replace the items only after you have checked with your local Post Office
Customers with more than one item may be sent their items in multiple shipments.
The information contained on the ADM and Building a Safe and Strong Marriage website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of ADM howsoever arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
